What is the delivery time of your products? 
Same Day Shipping for the orders before 2 PM EST Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Which cargo company do you work with? 
We cooperate with USPS to ship orders. 

How long does it take for me to receive my order? 
The time for you to receive your order varies from your location, however, it usually takes 3-5 days. We try our best and we continuously tracking shipped items. If USPS delays some of them, we open the claim to USPS. After claim would open, the shipment may be delayed from 5 to 10 days.

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
   There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for return.
