Return and Refund Policy

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for return.

If you qualify for return option, you can directly contact us with the question mark button at right bottom of your screen, upon selecting "↩️ How can I return an item?" and typing "I want to return an item" in the chat and choosing "Talk to a person" option our support team will be giving you a return label and other necessary details.
